Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Jobwise Ltd, a prominent player in the facilities management sector. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, delivering prompt and precise responses to foster and maintain robust client relationships.
  • Resource Coordination: Collaborate with the mobile workforce and external vendors to guarantee efficient scheduling and execution of facility management tasks.
  • Needs Assessment: Proactively identify and address client needs and preferences, ensuring these are integrated into the planning and execution of services.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve any issues or complaints with a focus on solutions, striving for optimal client satisfaction.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams to ensure services are delivered effectively and align with client expectations.
