The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a customer service and administrative role conducted over the phone. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, personable, and ready to advance their career in the insurance field.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming telephone and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Generate precise documentation within the CRM system
- Implement adjustments in accordance with established procedures, including notifications to insurance providers
- Address all customer inquiries while ensuring the highest level of satisfaction
- Process payments promptly
- Perform general administrative tasks and data entry

Essential Qualifications
