Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders and invoices, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and availability of budget.
  • Authorise and pay purchase orders and non-order invoices, checking services have been received and cost centres and category codes are correct.
  • Provide pool car service to the team, administering bookings and checking compliance with vehicle checks, service and repair schedules.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and vehicle hire for officers and staff engaged in business activities.
  • Support the induction and leaver process for all seconded officers and staff, undertaking a variety of administration functions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the main HQ, ensuring compliance with visitor policies.
  • Provide support for conferences, presentations, and meetings, including arrangements for bookings and hospitality.
  • Maintain and update various databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and regular update to enable effective utilisation of all resources.
  • Respond to routine correspondence and maintain appropriate records in an accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • A solid understanding of policies and procedures in relation to Administration and Finance.
  • Experience of working within an administrative/clerical role, dealing with confidential information, and working to deadlines and tight timescales.
  • Ability to work flexibly with team members to achieve individual, team, and organisational objectives.
  • Computer competence, including knowledge of MS office packages and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to collate and analyse data and produce management information as required.
