Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming telephone and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Generate precise documentation within the CRM system.
- Implement adjustments in accordance with established procedures, including notifications to insurers.
- Address all customer inquiries while ensuring optimal satisfaction levels.
- Process payments promptly and accurately.
- Perform general administrative tasks and data entry.
- Distribute renewal documents to clients.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year’s experience in a customer service role conducted via telephone.
- Prior administrative experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
