Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming telephone and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Generate precise documentation within the CRM system.
  • Implement adjustments in accordance with established procedures, including notifications to insurers.
  • Address all customer inquiries while ensuring optimal satisfaction levels.
  • Process payments promptly and accurately.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year’s experience in a customer service role conducted via telephone.
