About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rostering Coordinator to join our team at North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the effective planning and management of our ambulance resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient rostering systems to ensure optimal resource allocation and minimize downtime.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of staff hours, shifts, and leave, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other rostering coordinators and senior staff to ensure seamless coverage and effective communication.
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including staff, management, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Minimum of six months experience in an administrative role within an operational environment.
  • Excellent understanding of operational requirements and customer/patient care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
