Job Title: Training CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Coordinator to join our Field Services training team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations and planning of our training academy.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Training and Quality Officer
- Assist in the planning and coordination of training sessions
- Manage the procurement of training materials and equipment
- Develop and maintain training schedules and rosters
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure seamless delivery of training programs
- Previous experience in a training or administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learner management systems
