Position Overview
Intelligencia Training is seeking a knowledgeable Quality Assurance Administrator (IQA) to support our growth in the education and training sector. This position is ideal for individuals with prior experience as assessors or IQAs who possess a solid understanding of funded apprenticeship programs and are eager to enhance their knowledge of compliance and ESFA regulations. Key responsibilities will include meticulous data entry and documentation review.
The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of apprenticeship standards and will be adept at planning and documenting the learner journey, which encompasses conducting thorough learner progress reviews. Previous experience in the education sector is a prerequisite for consideration.
While training will be provided on our management information system (PICS), it is crucial that candidates demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, adhere to deadlines, and execute tasks with precision and attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting of quality assurance findings.
This position is office-based and will involve supporting the Director of Quality and Compliance in preparing for Ofsted inspections and coordinating external audit processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tripartite learner progress reviews with learners and their line managers to ensure clear and accurate planning and documentation of individual learning objectives.
- Perform monthly audits to verify that all documentation complies with ESFA standards.
- Execute quality assurance audits to ensure the learner's journey is accurately recorded from the start to the completion of their program.
This is a full-time office-based role with a starting salary of £26,500 per year, increasing to £27,500 per year upon successful completion of the probation period (typically 6 months).
Intelligencia Training provides a company Pension Scheme and Private Health Care (Bupa).
