Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and self-sufficient individual to join our Field Services training team as a Training Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in the operation of our training academy.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange training for our current engineers when renewals are required.
- Update learner records on external registration systems.
- Organize new starter inductions, ensuring the necessary materials are ordered and communications are delivered.
- Raise purchase orders for training materials and equipment in line with company policies.
- Provide support on the reception desk to greet incoming visitors and assist with access.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be approachable and confident, with excellent communication skills. Previous experience working on a reception desk would be beneficial, as well as being comfortable using IT packages and systems such as Microsoft Office and a learner management system.
You will be a flexible individual with a proactive mindset and strong time management skills that will allow you to thrive and maintain the high standards in our training academy.
