Hours: Monday- Friday, 25 hours per week
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and self-sufficient individual to join our Field Services training team as a Training Coordinator. The successful candidate will work closely with the Training and Quality Officer to provide administrative support with the daily operations and planning for our training academy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange training for our current engineers when renewals are required;
- Update learner records on external registration systems;
- Organize new starter inductions, ensuring the necessary materials are ordered and communications are delivered;
- Raise purchase orders for training materials and equipment in line with company policies;
- Provide support on the reception desk to greet incoming visitors and assist with access.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be approachable and confident, with excellent communication skills. Previous experience working on a reception desk would be beneficial, as well as being comfortable using IT packages and systems such as Microsoft Office and a learner management system.
