Job Title: Training Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and self-sufficient Training Coordinator to join our Field Services training team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support with the daily operations and planning for our training academy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Arrange training for our current engineers when renewals are required
* Update learner records on external registration systems
* Organize new starter inductions, ensuring the necessary materials are ordered and communications are delivered
* Raise purchase orders for training materials and equipment in line with company policies
* Provide support on the reception desk to greet incoming visitors and assist with access

Requirements:

* Approachable and confident with excellent communication skills
* Previous experience working on a reception desk would be beneficial
* Comfortable using IT packages and systems such as Microsoft Office and a learner management system
* Flexible individual with a proactive mindset and strong time management skills
