About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Activities Coordinator to join our team at Making Space. As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and organizing a variety of activities to support the well-being of adults in our care.
Your role will involve encouraging and supporting residents to participate in individual and group events, regularly reviewing and adapting activities to meet their changing needs. You will also coordinate logistics, manage resources, and ensure activities run smoothly and safely.

Requirements
We are seeking individuals who can showcase that their personal values align with ours here at Making Space. You do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space, you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
