Salary: £24,960 Pro-Rata
Hours: Monday- Friday, 25 hours per week
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our Field Services training team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support with the daily operations and planning for our training academy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise purchase orders for training materials and equipment in line with company policies;
- Work closely with the Training and Quality officer to ensure the smooth operation of the training academy;
- Provide administrative support with scheduling, reporting, and data entry;
- Assist with the development and implementation of training programs;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- 2+ years of experience in a training or administrative role;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
