Job Summary:
We have a great opportunity for a Training Coordinator to join our Field Services training team and play a crucial role in its operation. As a Training Coordinator, you will work closely with the Training and Quality officer providing administrative support with the daily operations and planning for our training academy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise purchase orders for training materials and equipment in line with company policies;
- Provide administrative support to the Training and Quality officer;
- Assist with the planning and coordination of training sessions;
- Develop and maintain training materials and resources;
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs;
- Monitor and report on training metrics and performance indicators;
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the training program;
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Training and Quality officer.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a training or administrative role;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
