Utilita Energy is seeking a highly organized and self-sufficient Training Coordinator to join our Field Services training team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support with the daily operations and planning for our training academy.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange training for our current engineers when renewals are required.
- Update learner records on external registration systems.
- Organize new starter inductions, ensuring the necessary materials are ordered and communications are delivered.
- Raise purchase orders for training materials and equipment in line with company policies.
- Provide support on the reception desk to greet incoming visitors and assist with access.
We are looking for a flexible individual with a proactive mindset and strong time management skills. Previous experience working on a reception desk would be beneficial, as well as being comfortable using IT packages and systems such as Microsoft Office and a learner management system.
