About the Role

We are seeking an Account Growth Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-driven, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for building relationships with existing clients, upselling and cross-selling our services, and staying up-to-date with market trends and competitive landscape.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong academic record. A self-starter with a drive to succeed and exceed targets, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with CRM systems.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £28k, with OTE taking your package up to £38k, as well as excellent training, learning, development, and progression opportunities.
