Sales Growth Specialist

About the Role
As an Account Manager at beBee Professionals in Tottenham, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and preparing sales reports.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or account management role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation Package:
The compensation package includes a competitive base salary of $65,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance. Additionally, you will enjoy health insurance, retirement plan, wellness programs, flexible working hours, and remote working options.
