Senior Sales Professional for Courier Sector Expansion

We are seeking an ambitious sales professional to drive business growth and expand our courier services in the UK market. This role is focused on identifying new commercial opportunities and securing ongoing contracts with key clients.
Ours is a dynamic logistics company offering same day, next day, multi-drop and dedicated delivery services throughout the UK, with occasional European operations.
This position involves regular field work, allowing for flexibility and the option to work from home if required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing commercial business to meet targeted sales revenue goals.
- Nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients to generate new leads and pipeline opportunities.
- Crafting compelling proposals and playing a key role in closing deals.
- Serving as primary account manager for customers, building long-term relationships.
- Utilizing prospecting skills to identify new business opportunities and grow our presence in the local market.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues. A proven track record of sales achievement and experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is highly desirable.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits may include health insurance, pension plan, and performance-based bonuses.
