**About the Position:** Senior Business Expansion Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Expansion Manager to lead our efforts in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and targeted sales initiatives.

About the Role:

  • As a Senior Business Expansion Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing business expansion strategies, focusing on the UK mid-market firms and private equity sectors.
  • Your primary goal will be to increase revenue through strategic partnerships and sales collaborations, working closely with our ESG consultants to deliver high-value solutions.
  • With a proven track record of sales success, you will drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, negotiating terms and securing new business agreements.

Key Requirements:

  • A strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging your expertise to identify new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrable experience selling professional services, particularly within the private equity sector and UK mid-market firms.
  • An excellent understanding of or interest in ESG principles and their application in business, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, self-motivated with a results-driven approach and analytical mindset.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus bonus incentives based on performance.
