About the Role
The Estates, Facilities and PFI Division at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Quality Matron to join our team. As a key member of our division, you will provide a visible and supportive presence, acting as the interface between operational services and the clinical environment.
Main Responsibilities
This exciting role will support the development of your existing skills, enhancing your leadership, professional, and people management within the clinical and non-clinical environment. You will influence and contribute to the development of nursing and EFP Services across the Division and Trust.
Key Requirements
- Degree level education or equivalent professional qualification.
- 1st level Registered Nurse/Registered Midwife/AHP.
- Evidence of continuous management development.
- Able to demonstrate the acquisition of professional knowledge in clinical practice (equivalent to Masters Level).
- Experience of working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of leading the implementation of service improvement, including complex change management programmes at a management level.
- Evidence of effective resource management.
- Experience of leading and managing others.
- Experience of measuring and evaluating outcomes to secure improvement.
