Main Responsibilities

This exciting role will support the development of your existing skills, enhancing your leadership, professional, and people management within the clinical and non-clinical environment. You will influence and contribute to the development of nursing and EFP Services across the Division and Trust.

Key Requirements

  • Degree level education or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 1st level Registered Nurse/Registered Midwife/AHP.
  • Evidence of continuous management development.
  • Able to demonstrate the acquisition of professional knowledge in clinical practice (equivalent to Masters Level).
  • Experience of working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience of leading the implementation of service improvement, including complex change management programmes at a management level.
  • Evidence of effective resource management.
  • Experience of leading and managing others.
  • Experience of measuring and evaluating outcomes to secure improvement.
