Matron - Medicine Division (Band 8a)

The division has the opportunity for a Senior Nurse to undertake the role as a Matron. Working alongside the Directorate Managers & Clinical Directors, you will provide a highly visible & supportive presence inspiring the professional development of nursing whilst ensuring the delivery of high quality, safe patient care across all areas within the Division.

This exciting role will support the development of your existing skills enhancing your leadership, professional & people management within the clinical environment. As a role model you will influence and contribute to the development of nursing across the Division and Trust.
