You will be registered practitioner with an active registration with a professional body who has a drive and passion for quality, safety, service improvement and transformation of services.

Working alongside the Directorate Manager & Clinical Director, you will provide a highly visible & supportive presence inspiring the professional development of nursing whilst ensuring the delivery of high quality, safe patient care across all areas within the Directorate.

This exciting secondment opportunity will support the development of your existing skills enhancing your leadership, professional & people management within the clinical environment. As a role model you will influence and contribute to the development of nursing and allied health professions across the Division and Trust.
