About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join our team at Ronald James Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, supporting management accounting, and utilizing Xero and other cloud-based finance systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage financial transactions, including bookkeeping, posting transactions, and reconciling multiple bank accounts.
  • Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Manage customer subscriptions and assist with credit control.
  • Collaborate with account managers to manage customer subscriptions.
  • Provide general administrative support to finance and management teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and cloud-based systems.
  • Expertise in finance and accounting.
  • Experience with Xero accounting software (or similar) and Stripe (or other payment systems).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
