Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts and Administration Support professional to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance department, processing purchase orders, posting invoices accurately and timely, performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations, managing bill runs, and ensuring timely payments.
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders and manage bills
- Post invoices accurately and maintain financial records
- Perform regular bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage office administration tasks
- Assist with general finance and administrative duties
Requirements:
- GCSEs in Maths and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Teamwork and problem-solving skills
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
