Tenth Revolution Group, a global recruitment and hire train deploy agency, is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their busy team in Newcastle. This role offers a great opportunity for someone looking to move from sales into an administrative support function or for those with experience supporting fast-paced sales teams.

As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end administrative tasks and compliance validations relating to placements made by our Italian recruitment teams. This includes data entry into our internal CRM, accounting, and timesheet systems. You will also provide quality customer service to Sales teams, Clients, and Candidates, as well as work closely with our Legal department to manage requests and updates to Client and Candidate agreements.

This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office) allowing flexibility to work alongside colleagues and from home. We are looking for someone fluent in English and Italian (professional standard minimum), who can work independently, has strong attention to detail, and remains positive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry to maintain our internal systems
  • Provide quality customer service
  • Work closely with our Legal department

We require applicants to hold full independent legal authorisation to live and work in the UK now and in the future. Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
