Customer Service Administrator – A superb operations/administration and customer service role is available for someone who can provide great customer service, has a great attitude, and wants to work in a small office with an ace team. This cracking role is perfect for customer service pros, with an office based in Newcastle City Centre. The salary is £26,000 - £27,000, plus 36 days holiday, and you'll be part of a lovely multicultural team. You'll get full training, and this is a global business with growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in the next 3 years.

You'll need flexibility, team play, administration skills, and a strong understanding of customer service – phone and email. Your main responsibilities will be providing excellent customer service, logistics, and operational support to the business and customers via the phone and email.

The Role:

  • Dealing with correspondence, phone calls, and queries
  • Customer service to provide for customers and work with the customer service team in China
  • Responsible for handling all orders from customers – Order to Cash
  • Close relationship with the sales team
  • Helping manage bookkeeping
  • Accounts payables
  • Accounts receivables
  • VAT returns (in various Western Europe countries)
  • Managing office space and facilities, dealing with contracts with suppliers and insurance companies, health and safety policies, ordering stationery and furniture
  • Freight purchasing assistance
  • Monitoring staff travels with a travel agent
