Administrative Coordinator for Building Projects

Workman LLP is seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic Building Consultancy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to our team of surveyors, ensuring the smooth operation of ongoing projects.
The role involves a wide range of tasks, including typing and formatting complex documents, database administration, and assisting with client/contractor queries. You will also be responsible for managing your own workload, which may include drafting and formatting tenders and contracts, producing reports, and organizing travel arrangements.
This is a part-time position, requiring 21 contractual hours per week, spread across three full days. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
