Job Description

We are looking for a Colleague Support Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and support to school leaders and colleagues across our group of schools.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance, coaching, and feedback to meet the needs of the trust and individual schools.
  • Advise schools on recruitment and selection strategies and coordinate the recruitment and selection processes.
  • Ensure compliance with trust policies and procedures and relevant legislation.
  • Manage colleague relations in schools and ensure line managers are supported in ensuring policies are followed.
  • Deliver training to line managers and other staff on people management issues and policy application.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 O Levels/GCSEs (including English and Mathematics at Grade C or 4 or above)
  • Experience in coaching senior leaders through complex casework
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience
