Colleague Service Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Colleague Service Business Partner to join our team at the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust. This role will involve partnering with school leaders to ensure that our colleague services processes and people management meet the needs of our pupils and staff.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 O Levels/GCSEs (including English and Mathematics at Grade C or 4 or above), as well as CIPD level 5 or a commitment to undertake. They will also have experience of dealing with complex employee relations cases and knowledge of best practice in specific HR areas.
In terms of salary, this role offers a competitive package, estimated to be around £36,000 - £41,000 per annum, depending on experience.
