
Colleague Services Coordinator

Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Colleague Service Business Partner to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance, coaching, and support to schools across the trust on all aspects of colleague services, including recruitment, selection, and people management.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 O Levels/GCSEs (including English and Mathematics at Grade C or 4 or above) and experience in coaching senior leaders through complex casework.
Job DescriptionThe Colleague Service Business Partner will provide expert guidance, coaching, and support to schools across the trust on all aspects of colleague services, including recruitment, selection, and people management.
The role involves advising schools on recruitment and selection strategies and coordinating the recruitment and selection processes, ensuring compliance with trust policies and procedures and relevant legislation.
The Colleague Service Business Partner will also manage the colleague service MIS, including input and oversight of all colleague records, and proactively manage all colleague relations in schools.
