Trust Colleague Partnership Manager

We are looking for an experienced Colleague Service Business Partner to join our team at the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust. As a key member of our human resources department, you will play a vital role in supporting school leaders and staff members across the trust.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance, coaching, and support to staff members on people management issues and policy application. You will also be responsible for managing colleague relations in schools and ensuring that line managers are supported in ensuring policies are followed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Minimum of 5 O Levels/GCSEs (To include English and Mathematics at Grade C or 4 or above).
Salary:£42,000 - £52,000 per annum depending on experience.
