Caregiver Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team at Choice Care, providing ad-hoc care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with personal care needs, following care plans, and developing meaningful relationships with those we care for.
Key Responsibilities:- Fostering open and honest working relationships with individuals in our care.
- Attending and completing required training to enhance skills and knowledge.
