Support Worker Specialist

As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing companionship, personal care, and support with daily tasks. Our flexible scheduling allows you to choose from a variety of shifts, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend slots.
We offer competitive pay rates, with a starting hourly rate of £12.25 for Monday to Friday 7 AM - 5:30 PM, £12.75 for Monday to Friday 5:30 PM - 10 PM, £13.75 for Saturdays and Sundays, and £24.50 for Bank Holidays. Additionally, you'll receive paid travel time, mileage reimbursement, and access to our company pension scheme.
To succeed as a Support Worker Specialist, you should be adaptable, personable, and able to put others first. You may be required to assist with household chores, prepare meals, and provide medication support. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.
