Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Residential Support Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.

About the Role

Your primary focus will be on creating a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence, and fostering meaningful relationships with our residents. You will also be responsible for assisting in the management of daily operations, engaging with each resident's plan, and collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met
  • Assist in the management of daily operations, including coordinating activities, managing budgets, and maintaining accurate records
  • Engage with each resident's plan, ensuring their goals and objectives are achieved through effective planning and monitoring
Requirements
  • A full UK driving license is required due to the need to transport residents to external locations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners
  • Experience working with children or vulnerable adults, preferably in a residential setting
