About the RoleAs a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of SEND, assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons, and collaborate with the SENCO and other professionals. You will also contribute to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.About YouThe ideal candidate will have a degree in Psychology or a related field, excellent communication skills, and a patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning and development. A salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum reflects the level of expertise required for this role.
