  2. To engage children in activities that promote competence, confidence, and trust in adults.
  3. To work closely with children, young people, and colleagues to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
  4. To maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organisational policies and procedures.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in residential childcare.
  • A UK driving license.
