Qualified Child Welfare Practitioner

We are currently seeking a Qualified Child Welfare Practitioner to join our team at Entrust Social Care Ltd. The successful candidate will work with children and families with Child In Need (CIN) plans, providing supportive services and ensuring child safety.
About the Job- Conduct home visits and community-based interventions to engage with families and children.
- Develop and implement personalized intervention plans to address specific needs and promote positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with other agencies to ensure a holistic approach to service delivery and optimize impact.
The ideal candidate will possess a DipSW or equivalent qualification, HCPC registration, and current DBS clearance. They will also have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of child protection principles, and experience working with vulnerable populations.
Salary and Benefits- A competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
