About the Position:
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to provide individualized support to children with SEN. You will design and deliver targeted intervention sessions, using play-based strategies to enhance communication and interaction skills. Your expertise in supporting pupils with ASD and non-verbal conditions will be invaluable in helping our children overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver targeted intervention plans, collaborating with teachers to ensure seamless integration with classroom programs.
- Provide one-to-one support to children with SEN, utilizing play-based approaches to promote effective communication and interaction skills.
- Maintain accurate records of progress, tracking the effectiveness of interventions and informing future support decisions.

Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in education/nursery care, or 12 months' experience in a related field.
- Proven track record of supporting pupils with SEN, particularly ASD and non-verbal conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
