About Our Home

Our residential care home provides a unique community-based living environment for young people aged 8-18 who require specialized support due to autism, learning difficulties, social, emotional, behavioral, neurodiverse, and mental health needs.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will form close relationships with our residents and work collaboratively with other professionals to develop personalized care plans that cater to their individual needs.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Facilitating daily routines and activities, such as education, leisure, and life skills development
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident progress and activity participation
  • Participating in multidisciplinary teams to plan and deliver tailored care programs
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of £24,500 - £28,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect:
