Job Title: Youth Development Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Youth Development Worker to join our team at All Saints Youth Project in Kings Heath, Birmingham.

The successful candidate will work as a general youth worker in our young people's centre during various sessions, including drop-in, tea time club, and gateway to inclusion. They will be expected to provide support and activities for young people aged 11-21 years old (25 with additional needs) and their families.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young people and making a positive impact in their lives. The ideal candidate will be committed, confident, and dynamic, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by young people in the community.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individual and group support to young people through activities and sessions
  • Developing and implementing programs that meet the needs of young people
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals

The salary for this position is £10.90 per hour, paid for hours worked.

All Saints Youth Project is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all young people. As such, the successful candidate will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check.
