Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Residential Support Worker. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people who require specialized care and support.

About the Role

In this dynamic and rewarding position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. Your primary focus will be on creating a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence, and fostering meaningful relationships with our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of daily operations within our services, including coordinating activities, managing budgets, and maintaining accurate records
  • Engage with each resident's plan, ensuring their goals and objectives are achieved through effective planning and monitoring
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the diverse needs of our residents
Requirements
  • A full UK driving license is required due to the need to transport residents to external locations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners
  • Experience working with children or vulnerable adults, preferably in a residential setting
