We are seeking a talented Learning and Development Manager to lead our efforts in creating a centralised learning and development framework. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our workforce and contribute to the growth and success of the Harris Federation.

Job Description

This is a new position within the organisation, responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences that support staff development and retention.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organisational goals.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions and making recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
  • CIPD certification or degree in Learning & Development or related field.
  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a school or education setting.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Benefits and Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. The Harris Federation offers a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive working environment.
