About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional L&D Manager to join our team and lead our apprenticeship programs. As an L&D Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training initiatives that meet the needs of our business and employees. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a talented team and make a significant impact on the growth and development of our organisation.

The successful candidate will have a degree-level education and a relevant qualification in Learning & Development or a related field. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with expertise in managing relationships with schools, training providers, and industry partners, is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to lead strategic and operational initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver learning initiatives, including e-learning platforms and coaching programs
  • Lead on recruitment activities, including placing adverts, attending careers fairs, and shortlisting applications
  • Manage relationships with training providers, schools, and industry partners
  • Support the development of personal development plans and performance reviews

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
