We are looking for an experienced Commercial Growth Manager to join our team at Culture Amp. As a key member of our Commercial Account Management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading a team of Commercial Account Managers in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage a team of Commercial Account Managers, including hiring, supervising, developing, and mentoring
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain strong lead flow and customer retention

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Extensive experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team

Estimated Salary: £100,000 - £150,000 per annum
