Commercial Growth Manager

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Growth Manager to join our team at Culture Amp. As a key member of our Commercial Account Management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading a team of Commercial Account Managers in the EMEA region.

You will have the chance to develop and execute a strategic plan to drive revenue growth, manage a high-performing team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage a team of Commercial Account Managers, including hiring, supervising, developing, and mentoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain strong lead flow and customer retention
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams
- Extensive experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Strong coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team
Estimated Salary: £100,000 - £150,000 per annum
