About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Growth Manager. In this impactful role, you will contribute to the continued success of our respected food manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver against sales and margin targets for a defined portfolio of trading partners.
  • Implement annual customer business plans in line with the sales strategy and manage customer execution.
  • Establish a pipeline of new business opportunities aligned with the Sales Strategy, tracking and monitoring delivery.

You will collaborate with the Category Team to develop category insights to optimize performance and lead cross-functionally to unlock and convert new business growth and value chain opportunities profitably. Additionally, you will establish and develop strong relationships with colleagues in Planning, Technical, Purchasing, and NPD to drive a balanced approach to commercial opportunities cross-functionally.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in FMCG sales or a similar sector.
  • Proven customer management experience with a track record of positive account development.
  • Full commercial P&L understanding.
