This exciting opportunity is ideal for a visionary leader who can drive the growth of a revolutionary coffee brand. As our new Commercial Director, you will develop and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue, expand into new regions, and strengthen our brand presence.

About the Role:
  • Lead a talented multi-disciplinary team, overseeing sales, marketing, operations, production, finance, legal, and HR.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Oversee financial performance and regularly report on business progress.
About You:
  • 8+ years of experience in a senior sales and/or general management role, preferably in a start/scale-up organisation.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and P&L management skills.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • A passion for coffee (experience in the industry a plus).
What We Offer:
  • £80,000 - £85,000 + Profit Share Bonus (OTE £100,000 - £105,000)
