Job Description:

We are looking for a Centralised L&D Manager to support the implementation of our learning and education programmes. This role will involve working closely with senior leaders to develop a cohesive approach to staff training and talent development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation and curation of learning content and opportunities, ensuring high-quality training is delivered to develop our staff. This includes the analysis and presentation of data to inform future strategy.

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Development of centralised L&D offerings, including e-learning platforms and coaching initiatives.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programmes.
  • Analytics and reporting on training programme effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in a field such as education, psychology, or business.
  • Significant experience in learning and development or HR management.
  • Expertise in instructional design and adult learning theory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
