About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and selling a diverse range of material handling products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage client accounts to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities in the material handling industry
  • Sell a diverse range of material handling products and services, including forklifts and racking
  • Collaborate with finance partners to provide leasing and purchasing options for capital equipment
  • Achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
Requirements
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in a technical field
  • Strong ability to generate new business and exceed sales targets
  • Demonstrated structured approach to sales and territory management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate confidently at all levels in a B2B environment
  • Full, clean driving licence
