About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Therapist and Education Specialist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our clinical network, you will play a vital role in supporting the integration of therapy services into daily provision.

Job Description

This is a permanent part-time position (approximately 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) that offers flexibility and work-life balance. The successful candidate will have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or be a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Holding a therapy caseload with full support from our established clinical network.
  • Contributing to staff training and consultation.
  • Working within the overall framework of service policies and procedures to support the integration of therapy services into daily provision.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports relating to clinical and research activities. A valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or be a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
  • Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
  • A full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle.
