Speech and Language Therapist Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Education 365. This is a full-time, fixed Maternity cover position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To assess, develop, and implement specialist Speech and Language Therapy provision for students with Autism and additional needs in a SEN school setting.
  • Collaborate closely with education staff to create a communication-friendly and specialised working environment that meets the diverse needs of pupils.
  • Complete thorough assessments, train others, and seek opportunities to enhance clinical skills to aid student development.
Essential Requirements:
  • Paediatric experience within schools, ideally with HCPC recognised Speech and Language degree qualification.
  • Newly qualified Speech and Language Therapists are also welcome to apply.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across both primary and secondary sites and contribute to the development of students. Estimated Salary: £42,500 - £57,000 per annum
