Strategic Partnership Development Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engagement and Stakeholder Manager to join our team at Motability Operations Ltd.
This role is responsible for supporting the development of relationships with industry stakeholders, disability groups, and think tanks. The successful candidate will act as a resident industry expert, providing situational awareness of the automotive and mobility sectors.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Automotive, mobility, and wider industry stakeholder engagement
- Disability groups, think tanks, activists, and influencers engagement
- Supporting event planning, execution, and delivery of joint projects
- Working with retained agencies and providing content for external presentations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of the Automotive/Mobility Sector
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and events planning
- Interest in and understanding of issues related to the automotive/mobility sector
